Refund Policy
How Jobora reviews refund requests for paid plans and usage-based limits.
This page explains the refund eligibility window, the successful-submission usage threshold, and how Jobora reviews requests before approval.
Overview
Jobora offers trial access and paid subscription access. Refund requests for paid plans are reviewed through support and are subject to this policy.
This policy is written to stay aligned with the product's current paid access and usage-tracking behavior without promising refund outcomes we cannot reasonably support.
How to request a refund
If you believe a refund is appropriate, contact Jobora Support and include your Jobora account email, purchase or order reference, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the applicable subscription purchase or paid access extension, provided your account has recorded fewer than 20 successful job submissions during that purchased access period. Both conditions must be met.
Requests made after 3 calendar days are not eligible under this policy. Accounts with 20 or more successful job submissions during that purchased access period are not eligible under this policy.
Eligible requests are reviewed against the purchase date and recorded successful-submission usage before a refund is approved.
What counts as a successful job submission
A successful job submission means an application recorded by Jobora as successfully completed or submitted through an eligible application workflow.
Failed, cancelled, skipped, CAPTCHA-blocked, or unfinished attempts do not count as successful submissions unless they were later completed successfully.
Failed or cancelled payments
A failed or cancelled payment does not activate paid access. If payment never completed successfully, there may be no paid subscription charge to refund.
Cancellation versus refund
Cancelling future paid access and receiving a refund are different things. Cancellation may stop renewal or future access, while a refund request asks for reversal of an already processed payment and is still subject to review.
Renewals, extensions, plan additions, duplicate charges, technical failures, and legally required refunds are reviewed under their applicable treatment and are not automatically approved under the standard eligibility rule.
Trial use and paid refunds
Using the free trial does not create a paid subscription refund right by itself. Trial usage is separate from paid-plan refund review.
Abuse, fraud, and policy evasion
Refund eligibility can be denied where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, repeated charge disputes without basis, account misuse, attempts to evade usage-based limits, or other bad-faith conduct.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, processing times can vary based on the payment provider, bank, or card network. Support can confirm the review result, but settlement timing may still vary after approval.
