How to use Jobora
Set up your Job Search Operating System and learn each workflow from applications to outreach.
Jobora helps you connect the repetitive parts of a job search: a reusable profile, an AI provider key, tailored documents, LinkedIn and Indeed apply workflows, Global Easy Apply on supported ATS forms, job discovery, referral workflows, recruiter outreach, and tracking what happened next.
Jobora connects the repetitive parts of a job search in one extension. It can help you reuse your profile, create job-specific documents, apply through supported automation, fill ATS forms, discover roles, organize outreach, and keep track of what happened next.
Initial setup
Install the Jobora Chrome extension
Install Jobora from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your Chrome toolbar for quick access.
Open Jobora
Click the Extensions icon beside your Chrome profile picture, find Jobora, and select it to open the Jobora dashboard. Pin Jobora to the toolbar if you want faster access later.
Create an account or sign in
Use the same email everywhere so your plan, trial state, and extension access stay tied to one account.
Verify your email
Some workflows stay blocked until email verification is complete.
Complete your reusable profile
Add enough detail for autofill, AI answers, resume generation, cover letters, and outreach.
Add one supported AI-provider API key
You only need one working provider to begin.
Use trial access or choose a paid plan
Trial access can help you test the product first, while ongoing access depends on your current plan and feature entitlement.
Start with one workflow first
Run a single job or one small task, review the result, and scale only after it looks correct.

- Job Auto Apply: run LinkedIn and Indeed single-job, list, or search workflows where supported.
- Global Easy Apply: use Analyze Page and Run Autofill on supported ATS forms outside native Easy Apply flows.
- Job Discovery: search supported public ATS sources, save promising roles, and review before applying.
- Referral Engine: scan LinkedIn post leads, manage connection requests, and prepare referral follow-ups.
- Email Outreach: queue recruiter or hiring leads and prepare personalized Gmail outreach.
- Semi-Auto - Experimental: stay field-by-field on pages that need more human judgment.
