warning

Email providers enforce sending, spam, account, and abuse limits. Use conservative daily limits, keep messaging relevant, and avoid spammy bulk outreach.

Open Referral Engine

Use the scanned lead list as the source for outreach.

02

Find Email Outreach Queue

Queue the leads that actually make sense for email outreach.

03

Review recipients and job context

Remove weak, incomplete, or irrelevant leads before running outreach.

04

Keep only qualified rows

Do not burn time or sender reputation on poor-fit contacts.

Click Run Outreach

Start the Gmail workflow from the outreach queue.

02

Let Jobora open Gmail

The current workflow prepares emails through Gmail.

Outreach quality check

Verify the recipient, company, role, subject, claims, attachments, and personalization before sending. High-volume irrelevant outreach is usually worse than a smaller number of good messages.
