Use LinkedIn and Indeed Auto Apply
Run dedicated application workflows where supported and review the outcome before you scale.
Jobora has dedicated LinkedIn and Indeed apply workflows. Some are best for testing one job, while others help you move through lists or saved searches with more automation.
A single-job workflow handles one job at a time. A list workflow moves through jobs that are already visible in a results list. A search workflow applies your saved targeting settings, searches for jobs, filters results, and then runs list-style processing on supported results.
LinkedIn prerequisites
Keep LinkedIn reasonably complete
Make sure your LinkedIn education and experience are not obviously empty or outdated.
Complete your Jobora profile
The extension still depends on your saved profile for answers and documents.
Search and filter jobs
Use Easy Apply filtering when it matches your workflow.
Open the extension side panel
Check that Jobora is visible before starting a run.
Confirm job details loaded
Make sure the panel shows the job description and company context.
Refresh once if details are missing
If the page did not hydrate correctly the first time, refresh the job page and reopen the panel.

Review the result
Check whether the job was completed, skipped, stopped, or needs manual cleanup.

Search for a role and location
Open a LinkedIn results list that already matches your target.
Apply the right filters
Use Easy Apply and any other filters you want before starting.

Make sure Jobora can see the page and current job information.

This is the better option once your one-job test looks stable.

It can process supported listings and pagination according to current product behavior.

Check completed, failed, or stopped jobs and clean up anything that needs manual attention.

LinkedIn controls its own limits. Limits can vary by account and may change. Use conservative settings, avoid unusually high activity, and stop if LinkedIn shows warnings, restrictions, checkpoints, or unusual verification prompts.
Indeed workflows
- Indeed supports equivalent single-job, list, and search-style workflows where the current page state allows it.
- Use the same pattern as LinkedIn: validate one job first, then move to list or search workflows after the setup looks reliable.
- If a child tab or handoff page opens during the workflow, review the result before assuming the application completed cleanly.

Indeed CAPTCHA handling
CAPTCHA cannot be solved automatically. Jobora can stop, skip, or leave the page for your review depending on where the workflow is blocked. Solve the CAPTCHA yourself, verify the application state, and then update the tracker status.
Tracker habits inside apply workflows
Use tracking inside the application workflow itself. Review completed, failed, skipped, CAPTCHA-blocked, and manually submitted jobs right after a run so follow-up work does not get lost.
